Collette Butterworth

Collette works ‘hands-on’ with clients and gets stuck into their operations.  With first-hand experience of taking businesses from winging it to refined operations, Collette is a business improvement generalist – basically you’re getting a Managing Director to mentor you and help refine and grow your business, whilst empowering you until ‘you’ve got this!’.  You will find Collette straight talking, down to earth, relatable and credible!  Nothing is too great of a challenge, so no matter how ‘bad’ you think your business is in terms of efficiency, streamlined operations, cost management, reporting – all those things no one teaches you when you start a business – there isn’t anything that we can’t tackle together as a team.  Collette will come into your organisation and will with work you, and your team (if you have one), to audit where you are at now and where you want to go.  Together you will create an easy-to-follow plan that is realistic to work towards alongside your already busy working days.  We assist with signposting to software options and service delivery partners, for those aspects of your business that can be significantly improved (as well as made compliant!), by getting in some expert help.

Connor

Connor works extensively with our clients on creation and customisation of their automated documentation, both customer facing and internal to their businesses. This includes invoicing, warehouse fulfilment and inventory, crediting, and purchasing. Documentation is produced using mail merging, pulling data from cloud based inventory software such as DEAR/Cin7Core. Connor then works on customising/tailoring these fields, to format and manipulate data for best use by each individual company and their set of needs. We focus on producing documents with advanced functionality, without sacrificing a professional and bespoke design.
